The Koornbeurs is known as the meeting place for various music lovers. The atmospheric cellar is transformed every week into an illuminated stage where space is provided for, among other things, starting local bands. From heavy metal to jazz and funk, from punk rock to ska, everything is discussed. There are performances by bands every week, and a Kelderjam and Metalcafé are organized every month!

Every second Saturday of the month we organize a metal café, so come and surprise us with an original twist on the metal genre. For other types of bands we reserve the Friday evenings for performances. Both novice enthusiasts and professional musicians are welcome.
We provide sound engineers on the night itself. We also provide a PA and basic drum kit. As standard we offer all band members a drink and possibly a travel allowance.
For musicians who prefer not to play in front of a large audience, there is also a jam session every month!
